Course is Accrediated by ASCB(UK).This course is designed for Management Representatives, Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors and others to update their working knowledge of quality systems within the automotive sector. Delegates attending should have previously attended the ISO/TS16949 Lead Auditor Course for First and Second Party Auditors.

Note: It is highly recommended that delegates attend this course within three years of attending the ISO/TS16949 Lead Auditor Training.

Delegates will update their skills for structuring, planning and undertaking internal and external audits against ISO/TS16949 and relevant Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA).

Delegates will develop their ability to report the results from the audit process and the necessary skills to follow up and close out the resultant actions against ISO/TS16949 and relevant Core Tools

This certified Lead Auditor course blends independent Web-based learning with face-to-face classroom instruction. It is offered in two parts. You must pass the Web-based portion by the classroom registration deadline before you can take the classroom training. Compared to the traditional five-day classroom training, this blended learning alternative offers cost savings, more effective knowledge-based training, convenience, and less time away from your home and job.

Complete software training will be also given. It is approximately 20 hours, and teaches the requirements of the ISO/TS16949 standard, and how to interpret them. You will learn how to apply these quality management systems requirements to your specific situation, how to analyze audit findings, and how to determine conformances and nonconformances against the requirements and more
