What training is provided ?Leader training is provided by your facilitator during a concentrated three-day class. The leader then trains the members (with help as necessary from the facilitator) during a portion of each meeting. The member training takes place over a period of several weeks. Thereafter, additional training is provided only as required or as refresher.

When are Circle members trained ?During Circle meetings, which are used both for training and for the study of projects.
